C Listed Old School Conversion to Residential
This former clinic / school was converted to 2 high quality houses with front drives and gardens. The internals were fully developed to sustainability standards to create 3/4 bedroom homes with large floor to ceiling heights. New gas, electrics and drainage connections were required.
